challenges I face

  

   This week room 11 and I have been working on using hooks, using personification and most of all our challenge writing.

        The things I learned are how to use hooks in my writing, personification in my writing. When I was playing It seemed 

the player jumped out of the tv.The easy part was making my notes. The hard part was writing them. next time I reckon  I'll be able to make notes and write them much faster.The resources I used was my teacher google and the stuff the teacher provied .

types of hooks

Hi, its Ethan and this week room 11 and I have learned different types of hooks, so first, Sally (our teacher)called us up for a lesson.Next, she told us about the different types of hooks and then sent us a slid.

   After that sally told us to find an example of hooks and tell us what type of hook they are.
    What I learned was what a hook was and what type of hooks there were.
    The easy part of this writing the information down. the hard part was looking for it.
     The resources I used was my teacher and the books I used.

my Venn digram

     This week room 11 and I have been working on our Venn diagram. What I learned is how to use a Venn diagram properly.The steps I Took are taking notes from books and then writing them.The easy part was reading the books that I got my notes from.The hard part was writing the notes. The resources I used are the books six and the embarrassment expert.

Rules

Today I made a poster of rules you can use at playtime

first, we had to pick the rules we had to do.

Then we had to find the pictures that suited the rules.

Then I made the slid look pretty

It was all pretty easy and there was nothing hard about it

action letter

Walt:I am learning to structure our writing with an introduction and topic .

  For a while now I have been working on this letter to whaea Michelle(our school principal).First we highlighted parts of the writing.
Then we revised  and edited it.Then sally (our teacher) had a look
and said i could publish. But first we had to put in some main idea
sentences in. I learned what a main idea topic senten was or in other words a main idea sentence. Oh i just remembered, i had some help his name is carlos and ill leave a link to his blog.The easy part was editing it. The hard part was doing this blog.

The resources i used are me, my mate and my teacher.

turtels

First we went in a reading group with sally. The book we read was about turtles. Then sally made us make our own questions . Then we had to answer the questions.  

Then sally made us to  another  question but she let 

us make it up.And i answered it again.

The hard part was answering the questions The easy part was making Them.I learned that turtles cant breath under water .
Fun fact some turtles can spend all winter under water .
I used google my teacher and my class mates to help me 
with my work.

Walt:I am learning to use rhyme,rhythm repetition and alliteration 

first we made a poster that explained what rhyme ,rhythm ,repetition and alliteration was.

Then  I  did a video that explained what rhyme ,rhythm ,repetition and alliteration.I learned how 

to use rhyme ,rhythm ,repetition and alliteration.The hard part was writing the plan into sentens.

 The easy part was Making the Plan.The resource I Used was my plan,my teacher and myself.
