Walt:I am learning to use rhyme,rhythm repetition and alliteration 

first we made a poster that explained what rhyme ,rhythm ,repetition and alliteration was.

Then  I  did a video that explained what rhyme ,rhythm ,repetition and alliteration.I learned how 

to use rhyme ,rhythm ,repetition and alliteration.The hard part was writing the plan into sentens.

 The easy part was Making the Plan.The resource I Used was my plan,my teacher and myself.

i am leaning to to write a letter using character description

Walt: write a letter using a charterer description


Around term 2 Sally gave us an assessment to write a letter using a character description.
First we did our plan.Then we wrote our plan in to sentence's.  I learned how to
use charterer description.The hard part was portending to be hinatore because i don't
acutely know him. well know one does.The easy part was doing the plan.The resource i  used
was a school journal , my teacher and my plan.

the Wisdom I have

    matariki is the moari new year and people all over new Zealand
celebrate this tradition. There are many story's of how matariki 
began but i am going to tell one of the oldest ones i know.

long ago back in the dark ages of the moari culture  there was a
terrible beast called THE TANIWHA.
At night it would come out of it's hiding hole and eat all
who came near it .


In the village at about midday a boy by of the name of taniwahalake was hungry He took a boat to the lake to go fishing.(when you see

This ‘’ it means someone is talking.) He caught two big

Ones a and one small one. ‘’Yay’’ Taniwahalake shouted.

Taniwahalake was tired from waiting so he went to sleep.

He woke up 4 hours later on The on the on the other side

Of the island.He made a fire to cook his fish on because he was hungry but double the hunger.He found glowing rocks

And he straight away knew what to do.He threw as much as

He can in the boat and sailed of into the night sky.while

He was sailing he threw the pebbles in the and they

Stayed there shining like a beautiful star.

2 hours later he was home and since the sky was lit up

By the rocks the taniwha did not come out. But then the

God of the sky came and said.”You have taken my perfectly good sky and made it even better.”

Taniwahalake was relieved that he did not get punished.

So the sky god rewarded him by pushing the waka in the

Sky so everyone can see it .THE END

 That is a moari myth about matariki. Now let me tell you the facts.

                                            FACTS

The seven stars OR the seven sisters disappear in may and reappear in June. The moair's  believed if the stars shined brightly There stock would grow good and if it didn't well you now the rest.

And it happens every year..Matariki is a star cluster, not a constellation people mistake it for a consellation.

                                       I learned a few thing one thing is i learnt how to make a
                                      video  and post it.The easy part is writing what Im writing
                                      now.The hard part was doing the video because its the

the arts of kapa haka

WALT:what we are learnt this week.

This week room 11 and I learnt a brand new haka in the Park
Estate School hall.


This is how the morning went. first we came in and eat are fruit. Then miss  Aevn  told the class to do are must do,s.(must dos are thing we have to do on are chrome book
it pretty much are work) Each group had different things to but we all had to do are must do,s.What my group had to is read
a school journal and ask ten questions and then solve them.
after morning tea we all need to go to the hall for kapa haka.

After morning play time the hole of room 11 was in the hall with mutua peter teaching us the haka. It took a lot of energy 
 but it was worth it.An hour latter we finished .The hardest 
part for me was the shouting because i always get voice cracks. And the easiest part was the actions because I already knew some.  

The next time i do kapa haka I will try haerder  because last time i didn't give it 100%. This is the end of my blog i hopped you enjoyed and leave a comment to tell me what i can do better next time .

   WALT: We are learning about forces

Room 11 and I wrote sentences about forces and

we flew paper air planes we also watched videos about Forces!

The hardest part for me was the writing because I just
started so i didn't know what to do and what not to do.   

The easiest part was flying the paper air planes because i already
knew how to.

The next time i do a blog  I will put more detail in to the next one.
